Within reason, our Polyamide glasses can be fitted with prescription lenses, as is normally the case with sunglasses; it will depend on the prescription that is needed. The innovative design of Roundten, without screws or soldering, could present a problem for the professional who assembles and dismantles your Roundten. For this reason, we have included a video tutorial that shows how easy it can be to disassemble and reassemble Roundten.
Our polarization process uses a film patented and produced in Japan, which is introduced during the process of making the actual polyamide lenses rather than being applied as an outer layer that eventually wears away. In other words, the polarization of Roundtens is an intrinsic and non-severable part of the actual lens, thereby guaranteeing the quality, effectiveness and continuity of the polarization for the life of your Roundtens. Have a look at the Sunglasses section on our website to find out more about the quality and innovation that Roundten sunglasses offer.
All Roundten glasses, without exception, are tested and certified. They comply with the requirements of global standards, particularly the following quality standards:

- Australian and New Zealand Standard: AS/NZS 1067:2003 (A1:2009)

Roundtens are designed and manufactured with very robust, flexible and light materials which allow you to do so much more without having to think about them. However, there are some basic principles as far as the lenses are concerned. To clean the glasses, use lukewarm water and soap, avoiding all types of solvents or acohol. Afterwards, dry with a soft clean cloth. Store and transport at temperatures between -20C and + 40C.
Of course you can. The materials Roundten uses don’t deteriorate with the sea nor the sand. However, please be conscious that they are very light glasses but they don’t float.
